The Washington Hancock Community Agency is a non-profit, non-governmental, private corporation and community action program. Our mission is to provide and direct opportunities to help people help themselves become safe, self-sufficient, and independent. The mission of the WHCA's Down East Business Alliance division is to create quality jobs in eastern Maine by helping people start and grow small businesses.
