When you're running a small business, you don't need to be a tax expert, too. But you do need some tax basics. Shawn Savage, Senior Stakeholder Liaison for the Internal Revenue Service, will be discussing some of those basics. Topics include:

• What is a Schedule C? • Some basic tips for business owners to avoid potential problems • Where to get information • Bring your questions Note: As part of the training, we will be utilizing a Polycom Video Conferencing System. The “live” presenter will be located in the Lewiston CareerCenter office with other sites connecting via the conferencing system. There will also be a facilitator at each location.
