The Midcoast Business Resource Center at Curtis Memorial Library supports economic development in Midcoast Maine. The library works with MidCoast Council for Business Development & Planning and partners in the community to provide resources to:
Foster growth of existing businesses.
Assist start up business ventures.
Guide small businesses to achieve success.
Working together, Curtis Memorial Library and MCBDP provide material and organize programs to support businesses. Curtis Memorial Library collects print and media resources for public use and circulation, provides meeting space for organizations and individual counseling, supports a part-time business reference specialist and has professional reference staff available 62 hours during the week. |
